RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Mulata , we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the terms and conditions regarding our exchange and return policy:
- No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. Exchanges can be made for another item of equal value. If the desired item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. If the desired item is of lesser value, no monetary credit will be given for the difference.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. - Condition of Returned Items: All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions. If the items are approved, we will proceed with the exchange process. This can take up to 8 business days from the date we receive the returned items.
- Exchange Process: Once your return is approved, we will contact you to confirm the item you wish to exchange for. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped to you promptly. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your exchange has been dispatched.
