At Mulata, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the terms and conditions of our exchange and return policy:

1. No Refunds. We do not offer monetary refunds. We accept exchanges for other items within 15 days of delivery. All items are inspected upon arrival before any exchange is processed.

2. Shipping Costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items that are not trackable.

4. Condition of Returned Items. All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for an exchange.

5. Inspection and Approval. Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process can take up to 8 business days from the date we receive the item.

6. Exchange Process. Once your return is approved, we will contact you to confirm the replacement item. If it is in stock, it will be shipped promptly. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your exchange has been dispatched.

7. Special Conditions by Category

  • Swimwear: Must include the hygiene tag intact.
  • Underwear: Underwear items are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except for tops, bodysuits, and undershirts that retain their original packaging.
  • Accessories: Must be returned with their original bag or box in perfect condition.
  • Bundles: Items that are part of a bundle cannot be returned separately.
  • Special Packaging: Items that come with special packaging (fabric bags, boxes, suit hangers, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with all included elements in their original condition.

8. Non-Returnable Items. The following items are not eligible for exchange: sale items, gift cards, and any item explicitly marked as final sale in the product description. Please review the product details before completing your purchase.

9. Damaged or Defective Items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide store credit as appropriate.
